  • Feature Listing - includes basic listing plus 1 week with full page listing on opening page of website, plus "Featured Property" photo link in side bar of every page on the site. $70.00
  • 3 Pack - List 3 properties. $100.00
What qualifies as a Historic Home or Antique Property?
The only criteria is that the property be 50 years old or older.

If property is already listed with an agent, we can usually pull all pertinent information from the MLS service. If not, or For Sale by Owner, please send the following information and photos via email or post for your listing. This would be:
  1. Your name and contact information including phone, email, website & agency (if applicable).
  2. Address of property including town and street address.
  3. Year home was built.
  4. Style of Home, ie: Cape, Colonial, Victorian, Greek Revival.
  5. Type of property. Single/Multi Family, Commercial, etc.
  6. Total Rooms
  7. Bedrooms
  8. Bathrooms - Full and half.
  9. Square footage
  10. Acreage
  11. Annual real estate Taxes.
  12. Heating/Cooling Systems
  13. MLS listing number
  14. Property Description. Please include any additional amenities, land descriptions, historical significance of the property or surrounding area and it's proximity to any scenic or cultural attractions.
